Trailer Servicing

Our trailers are built to last. To ensure they last as long as possible we recommend that they are regularly serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.

We are able to supply spares for your trailer as required.

We would also recommend that you make routine inspections as you use your trailer:

Every time you use the trailer check:

• The lighting is all in working order.
• The coupling is not worn.
• Tyre Pressures are correct.
• Tyre Treads are not worn below regulations.
• Brakes are in good working order.

Occasional Checks (Monthly):

• Brake cables are tightened correctly.
• Brake shoes are not worn.
• Hand brake is adjusted correctly
• Damper is working correctly.
• Bellows are not broken or loose.
• Electrical connections have not corroded.
• The brakeaway cable has not become damaged 
• Wheel Bearings - lubricate every 12 months. 
   

Hydraulic Checks:
